Shipping policy

All Dixie Duck Designs products are made to order, personalized, or custom produced. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Complex custom designs, oversized decals, layered vinyl projects, large quantity orders, or items requiring proof approval may require additional production time. When a digital proof is required, production time begins after final proof approval.

Estimated U.S. shipping time is generally 3–7 business days after production. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges are calculated or applied according to the shipping method shown at checkout. When possible, multiple qualifying items from the same order may be packaged and shipped together.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. Dixie Duck Designs is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has been processed for shipment. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after the shipping label is created.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside the direct control of Dixie Duck Designs. We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier location, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents as soon as possible and contact Dixie Duck Designs within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded because of shipping delays outside our control. If an order is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or addressed incorrectly by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required before it can be sent again.

At this time, shipping availability and rates are determined by the options displayed at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other destination charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
