Because each Dixie Duck Designs item is custom-made, personalized, or produced to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for customized or personalized products once production has begun.
Please carefully review all spelling, names, measurements, sizes, colors, fonts, personalization details, and design proofs before approving your order. Items will be produced according to the information and/or approved proof provided by the customer. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted or approved by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error made by Dixie Duck Designs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.
Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, material finish, production methods, or differences between individual materials. These variations are not considered defects.
For adhesive vinyl products, application results depend on proper surface preparation, temperature, installation technique, and the condition of the application surface. Dixie Duck Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, removal, unsuitable surfaces, or failure to follow provided application instructions.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect due to an error by Dixie Duck Designs. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer.
